Molly was raised in Pennsylvania. Molly began her professional career at the age of thirteen, at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her nomination was for one of the Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production of Into the Woods. Molly reprised the role when Molly made her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway in 2002. The show won her an award from the Drama League Award for this performance.
